  Manchester United’s former striker, Louis Saha has told manager, Erik ten Hag he is ‘disrespecting’ Cristiano Ronaldo at the club. This was after the veteran forward was replaced during United’s Sunday’s game against Newcastle United. Ronaldo led the line for the Red Devils at Old Trafford and after seeing two efforts ruled out, the Portuguese was replaced by Marcus Rashford with 18 minutes left on the clock. Ukraine says it's fighting back in Donbas, inflicting significant casualties on Russia

Ukraine says its military is putting up fierce resistance to Russian forces trying to advance through the eastern Donbas region, inflicting significant losses on Moscow's armies. The head of the Luhansk region military administration, Serhiy Hayday, says Ukrainian fighters are putting up stiff resistance. “We restrain the enemy on the border of Luhansk region and Donetsk region — the occupiers are suffering significant losses, as they themselves admit,” Hayday said. “Every day, the Russians receive an order to advance further, but they do not always carry it out, because the losses in personnel are very significant. “During the assault of Lysychansk alone, the enemy lost thousands of dead and wounded.     Plateau State Deputy Governor, Professor Sonni Tyoden on Tuesday denied rumours making the rounds in some quarters that Governor Simon Lalong has endorsed any Governorship aspirant. Tyoden who spoke while answering questions from newsmen shortly after attending the 101st General Church Council of the Church of Christ in Nations in Jos ,said My Governor Simon Lalong has not endorsed any aspirant ,if he has ,he would have told me , I am the number 2 man in Plateau ,I am the closest to Lalong because I am his deputy , I am not aware of anything like that , he stressed . Italian Collaboration Creates Jos Agro Factory Lab to Empower Youth and Women

In May 2022, a first-of-its-kind agro project will be taking off in Jos to transform agriculture in innovative ways. The Jos Agro Factory Lab is an initiative of an Italian NGO Time for Africa and the Italian-run Nigerian NGO Kinabuti Initiative. The project is set to empower women and youth farmers with entrepreneurial skills in agribusiness that will connect them to a viable supply chain. The directors of Kinabuti Initiative Caterina Bortulussi and Francesca Rosset consider Jos as a second home having first visited in 2018 to bring the Dare2Dream Project. Many feared dead as explosion rocks Sabon Gari in Kano (Details/Photos)

The incident which has been described as devastating was said to have occurred at about 9am, near a primary school along Court Road by Aba Road, with many children affected.The Kano State Police Command has attributed the incident which occurred at Aba by Court road in Sabon Gari, Fagge Local Government Area of Kano to gas explosion.Four residents reportedly lost their lives in the incident which happened on Tuesday morning. According to Kano Commissioner of Police, Sama’ila Shu’aibu Dikko, four people have so far been discovered dead while security personnel are trying to find the remaining victims of the incident. “It is not bomb explosion; it’s a gas cylinder. Sixteen months after leaving office, he's unquestionably still  the figurehead of the red-hatted "Make America Great Again" brigades , but talented messengers running in this year's midterm elections have sometimes been more effective in articulating that brand and where it is headed. Trump is now facing a fresh test: not only whether he can vault  his endorsed primary candidates  to victory, but also whether he can maintain control of the movement he started as some candidates he spurned are claiming the MAGA label anyway and as his loyalists reject his chosen candidates.
